What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (if provided). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full credit card number.

When you join our mailing list or reserve a deck: your first name (optional) and email address, given with your express consent. We only add you if you ask us to.

When you browse: like most websites, ours uses cookies and collects basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site working and understand how visitors use it.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to fulfill and ship your order, respond to your messages, send you our newsletter if you've subscribed, and improve the website. That's all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the shop: our payment processor (Stripe), our shipping carriers, our hosting and database provider, and our email service. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Where your information is stored

Our hosting and database providers may store or process your information in Canada, the United States, and other countries as needed to operate the site. Where information crosses borders, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards and the service providers' security practices to protect it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Mailing list information is kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Your journal and practice

Anything you write in your journal, cards you draw, and practice choices you make are private to your account. We do not review, share, or use the content of your personal reflections. We keep this information only so you can return to it when you log back in.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep). Write to us at our contact form and we'll respond promptly.
