Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of greentara.ca and any products, content, or services offered by Green Tara Oracle ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, reverse-engineering, attempting to access other users' accounts, redistributing our audio or written content, or using the service for anything unlawful.

All content on this site — including artwork, written passages, audio meditations, and the deck itself — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Personal, non-commercial use is welcome. Reproduction, resale, or public distribution is not permitted without written permission.
5. Purchases & subscriptions
Orders and subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. By purchasing, you agree to our Refund & Shipping Policy and Subscription Terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
6. Spiritual & wellness disclaimer
The deck, meditations, and written content are offered for reflection and personal practice. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need support, please contact a licensed provider or your local emergency services.
7. Disclaimers
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that the content will meet any particular need or outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the site, the deck, or premium membership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
