Subscription Terms

What's included

Premium membership unlocks the sanctuary, guided audio meditations, the full circle journey through all 21 emanations, the journal, and any future premium content we add.

The 3-day trial

When you draw your first card, you may begin a free 3-day trial of the Tara Sanctuary. The trial requires only your first name and email — no payment information, and no charge of any kind.

During the trial you have full access to the Sanctuary: daily card draws, the mantra library, guided meditations, and the journal.

At the end of the three days, access to the Sanctuary closes. Nothing is charged automatically, and the trial does not convert into a paid subscription on its own. Anything you wrote in the journal during your trial is kept safely and remains private to you; it stays in place, accessible again whenever you choose to subscribe.

If you’d like to continue, you can subscribe at any time — during your trial or after it ends — and your journal and history will be there waiting.

Billing & renewal

Premium is offered on a recurring subscription, available monthly or every three months. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period — every month for the monthly plan, or every three months for the 3-month plan. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and cadence until you cancel.

We’ll notify you by email of material price changes at least 30 days before they take effect, so you have time to cancel if you don’t wish to continue.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account page, or by emailing our contact form. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again after that.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

This is separate from one-time digital products (such as the ebook or downloadable recordings), which are covered by our Refund & Shipping Policy and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you believe you were charged in error, write to us at our contact form and we’ll put it right.

Free or comped access

From time to time we grant complimentary access (for testers, gifts, or community members). Comped access can be revoked at our discretion and does not create an ongoing subscription or payment obligation.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll attempt to charge again over a few days. If payment still doesn't go through, premium access pauses until your payment method is updated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the site at least 30 days in advance.
