Terms of Sale, Shipping & Returns

Who you're buying from

The Mindful Macaron, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us anytime at love@greentara.ca.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes (GST/PST) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed by email once payment is complete.

Shipping

We ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds

If your deck or book arrives damaged or something is wrong with your order, write to us within 14 days of delivery at love@greentara.ca with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

For change-of-mind returns: unopened decks in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (return shipping at the buyer's cost).

Digital items (the ebook, recordings, and meditations) are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once accessed.

Cancellations

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel and refund it in full.

The Tara deck, guidebook, and companion recordings are offered for inspiration, reflection, and spiritual companionship. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. (See our full Disclaimer.)
